The eLearning Africa Events are organised by ICWE GmbH on behalf of E3 Communications Ltd.

ICWE GmbH's receipt of an application and/or payment does not constitute acceptance. Applications and payments that are not accepted will be returned and ICWE GmbH reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without further explanation, to limit or deny access to any entity or individual to the said event. When registering for any of ICWE GmbH's events, applicants waive the right to appeal against any decision made by ICWE GmbH to refuse or limit access to the conference.

ICWE GmbH does not give permission for any delegate, participant, exhibitor or sponsor at the event to create content, either through interviews, face to face, recorded, filmed, or in writing unless this has been specifically requested in writing with the organisers. Participant Requirements

Access

Your payment and registration entitles you to access to the eLearning Africa Event for which you have registered. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne solely by you, and ICWE GmbH shall have no liability to such costs.

Content

You acknowledge and agree that ICWE GmbH, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the eLearning Africa Event, including but not limited to, the name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue and time.

Prohibited Conduct

Limitations on Use

By registering for an eLearning Africa Event you agree not to sell, trade, transfer or share your access link and/or code, unless such transfer is granted by the Organiser. By registering for a paid Event, you agree not to share, sell or trade your access. If ICWE GmbH determines that you have violated this policy. ICWE GmbH may cancel your access, retain any payments made by you, report you to law enforcement authorities, and ban you from future eLearning Africa Events.

Disruptive Conduct

You acknowledge and agree that ICWE GmbH reserves the right to remove you from the Event if ICWE GmbH, in its sole discretion, determines that your participation or behaviour is creating a disruption or hindering the eLearning Africa Event or the enjoyment of the Event content by other attendees.

Fees, Registration and Cancellation

Payment

The payment of the applicable fee for the eLearning Africa Event is due prior to the Event. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason ICWE GmbH may refuse you to access the Event and shall have no liability in that regard.

Cancellation

All sales are final. No payments will be refunded or refundable. Please note that if you cancel or don't access the Event, you are still responsible for payment. In no event shall ICWE GmbH be obliged to refund all or a portion of the registration fee

Force Majeure/ Public Emergency

Cancellation of the Event

ICWE shall not be liable to the participant, to the exhibitor, to the sponsor or to the partner for any losses, costs, damages or expenses (whether incurred under contract, tort or otherwise) suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of an event beyond the control of the Organiser, including without limitation, any act of God, disease or pandemic, strike, lock-out, industrial disturbance, failure of suppliers, act of public enemy, war, labour dispute, terrorist act, blockade, riot, civil commotion, public demonstration or governmental or local authority restraint nor shall ICWE be liable to refund any fees. The performance of this Agreement by either party is subject but not limited to acts of God, restrictive government laws or regulations, riots, insurrections, war or terrorist activity, disaster, fire, outbreak of epidemic diseases or other reason of a like nature beyond the control of either party. To the extent that any such circumstance make it illegal or impossible to conduct the event or prevents at least 40% of meeting attendees and/or exhibitors from traveling to the venue, then this Agreement may be terminated by written notice from the party affected by such occurrence. All claims of both parties under this contract shall be void. However, ICWE may still invoice the participant, the exhibitor, the sponsor or the partner for work carried out in the latter's instructions, to cover any expenses already incurred.

Rescheduling of Event

If the eLearning Africa Event can be held at a later date, ICWE must notify participants/exhibitors/sponsors/partners immediately.
Participants/exhibitors/sponsors/partners are entitled to cancel their participation if the event is rescheduled, provided such cancellation is given in writing one week following receipt of notification.

ICWE GmbH reserves the right to change any of its General Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.
