Kenneth Okereafor (https://cyberken.ng/) holds a PhD in Cybersecurity and Biometrics from Azteca University Mexico, and is the author of the book "Cybersecurity in the COVID-19 Pandemic", published recently in the UK by CRC Press, an imprint of Taylor and Francis Group, US. A former employee of the US Department of State, he is a United Nations trained information security expert, with over 25 years' global experience in threat mitigation technologies cutting across industry, government, and academia.

A Cybersecurity researcher at, and an alumnus of, UNESCO International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP) Italy, Kenneth has many publications to his credit, found here, and is passionate about applying his cyber defence expertise to helping global organizations to protect their critical digital assets and data from the fatal impacts of post-COVID cyber attacks. He currently manages digital infrastructure and health informatics security at the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) Abuja NIGERIA.

At the eLearning Africa Cybersecurity conference, he will be addressing the challenges of post-COVID Cybersecurity at universities.
