Brief description
This practical event will lead you through the results of the highly innovative EU project EPICA, the aim of which was to enhance and increase the visibility of learners' skills, so as to strengthen their employability.
During this event, you will hear about:
- The relevance of skills for employability;
- Innovative methodologies to support a competency-based learning approach in any learning environment and;
- How a European ePortfolio was adapted to address the needs of the African job market.
You will be able to learn from leading experts in the higher education sector as well as listen to the voices of the beneficiaries (students, teachers and employers) who have successfully piloted the ePortfolio in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.
